David Phillips is a public relations practitioner with experience in political, corporate and consultancy practice. He was founder of the media evaluation company Media Measurement. In 1999 he became Chair of the joint CIPR/PRCA Internet Commission. He is author of 'Evaluating Press Coverage' 1992, 'Managing Your Reputation in Cyberspace' 2000, 'Online Public Relations' 2001 and a number of academic and other articles and a significant PR evaluation Bibliography. He is a member of the Delahaye Advisory Board in the UK and is a part time tutor at Leeds Metropolitan University. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. His interests today are mainly focused on the value of Public Relations through The Relationship Value Model.
